Subject: Plugs, Eastern (Central) Europe
We will be taking a tour that will cover cities in Poland,Hungary,
Austria,Slovak Republic, and the Czech Republic. I want to take plugs and a
converter but would like to know what type of  plug(s) to take. Do all of
these countries use the two pronged plug with round tines? Thank you very
much for you advice. J.

Yes, but some of those countries use grounded plugs- and not all cheap
"european adapters" support them- certainly not some that area available
in the UK. It's caught me ought before, so I now have a grounded
adapter. (Didn't buy from the link below- but it shows the kind of
adapters needed.)

Typing quickly I think- and without a singlemalt in sight!

(I don't have a spell-checker on my usenet app.)

I could also switch to a browser that has a spell-checker, but I won't-
and I certainly can't be bothered installing either OS on my machine!

I won't even have to run windows on the mac I got the college to buy me-
yippee! :)
