Sue was an investigator with the IPCC when Stockwell happened. One of
the whistle-blowers did commit suicide. Slip may well be right that
"freeze, armed police" is naturally accompanied by a silent "because I
want a clearer head-shot". The idea with suicide bombers though is

That's interesting, as in the state of Illinois, Jessie Jackson Jr. is
connected with the Governor's scandal and criminal charges about
selling Obama's Senate seat to the highest bidder. It is rumored that
the Fed's wire tap tapes contain a million dollar bid for the seat by
Jessie Jackson Jr. Watching this unfold will be very interesting.

Law enforcement cover ups are nothing new, I'm sure and also occur
with minor incidences as well. I remember about 20 years ago (imagine
that) there was a story on the noon hour news about a big semi-trailer
careening down the interstate highway ramming cars off the road. All

There was an Irish bomber and quartermaster called Canning working in
London around 1990/1. We traced him to where he was living from
fingerprints left on a briefcase bomb and the fact he was signing on
in his own name. Surveillance started despite the fact there was
enough evidence to lock him up - he'd killed already. 5 of London'd

Thankfully these incidents are still very rare in the UK. The police-
boys were following him through London. They assumed he was a
terrorist cos he looked a bit foreign. They followed him onto a train
and the hysteria of messages from "control" via radio to the police-
boys with guns got the better of them and he was basically summarily

Overall, while there does exist the philosophy of science, the term
philosophy is a very large tent. And, so far, what I understand of it
has little to do with changing matter. Now, physics and other
sciences, perhaps.

You can read the whole shebang in god-boring detail at
stockwellinquest.com which has the inquest transcripts. Personally, I
don't want cops shouting "Stop armed police" when I'm sitting next to
suicide bombers on the Tube. The squelching sound of his or her
medula oblongata being blown away will suffice - much more preferable
